Fuzzy, I don't think your feelings are less valid than anyone else's. I don't know why you're angry, but if you're angry, there IS a reason. There is always a reason why we feel the way we feel. It could be something like what ww said. Maybe someone hurt you. Or maybe you feel unsafe and therefore afraid because of what someone did. And, as my T often says "feelings aren't wrong or right, they just ARE. And then you deal with them."
