My son has just been diagnosed with schitzoaffective disorder. He is currently in hospital following a manic psychotic episode. They are looking at discharge soon but I'm really worried because he still doesn't think he's poorly! He is still psychotic but no where near as bad as he was! Is there anything I can do to help him gain some insight? He just gets angry if I make any suggestions that he might be poorly! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
