Yeah, I've had similar experiences with them. Sorry you had to go through that Did they tell you to have a bath and have a cup of tea? That seems to be their standard response on the odd occasion I call them

I hope they are better tomorrow. It's hard that it's always different people turning up at your house, difficult to build any kind of rapport.

Honestly it's probably not their fault, not enough funding and all that... I just wish they could care a bit more.
