He needs a psychiatrist and therapist at the same clinic. Call to set up treatment before he gets out. Then your wait time is less. See if there is an intensive outpatient program or Partial hospitalization program near you. Don't call him out on his psychosis, just be there to comfort him. Above all you are his parent not his provider don't try to take on both jobs. If you can get a therapist too. It'll help you transition from parent to parent of Special needs.
