Does anyone know how to lose weight if on Depakote? I am either putting on weight, or else I have gained 4 lbs and lost 2. What can I eat?? I do not eat meat, and the doc has just taken me off lactose. But! I'm very flabby around my waist and the area under and in front of my shoulders. One pair of slacks is already too tight.
