You will want to use any other diagnoses you have to help show why you need SSDI. The more impairment the better.
I know you're planning to take a break from therapy but if applying for SSDI with mental illness it is usually considered best to be seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist.

Thanks so much for responding and for the link. I am diagnosed with ADHD, Panic Disorder, Adjustment Disorder (Chronic stressors) with mixed anxiety and depressed mood, and Insomnia Disorder.
