trust me the best thing to do is talk with ur pdoc thats why he`s there ur doin the right thing by asking for help we all need help at times ive been in ur shoes im very impulsive and i get scared that in a moment of crazieness ill just do something soooo i do what my pdoc says ive never wanted to die i just wanted it to stop and it Will ! just stay strong and holler at me anytime
