I know 90% of my feelings are stress related. They began when my brother came home and the innocent hope that I will be more than just the third wheel and the hope he'd want to do something more one on one which never happened. My parents had gone away for the first week of my job which upset me because I was all alone with no one to share how I felt, my work has been a roller coaster with drama and emotions and experiencing new clients, new decisions, different capabilities and personalities of clients....so no wonder I'm freaking out so bad.
