Hi all

My care coordinator who is an occupational therapist told me she was leaving the service 3 weeks ago. Our final appointment was last Wednesday 17 May. She said she would write me a goodbye letter but told me she will email it because she had not finished writing it. That evening I emailed her to ask if I could add her to Facebook. She has not replied. So I emailed her Monday 22 May to ask when she would be sending the goodbye letter and I haven't heard anything back. She said she checks her email every day and her last day at the mental health team was last Friday so I don't understand why she hasn't emailed it to me yet. What shall I do? I appreciate any advice, thanks.
