Are you using her work e-mail? If so, it's possible she no longer has access to it. I hope you hear something back soon. And I could see her declining the Facebook friend option--that could cross boundaries. I know my T has said that even after a client stops seeing her, she couldn't ever be in a friendship with them, and I think Facebook would count as that. Some therapists have a 2-year rule for friendships, but my T is a social worker, and she said for them, it's supposed to be a lifetime ban on friendships, though she said contact is OK in the form of e-mail updates.
