I have had issues with food myself. When depressed I tend to eat a great deal - and the food tends to be the high carbohydrates my body craves. Presently I have a problem which is two fold. I eat out of boredom. And the food that I have eaten of late is far from healthy. I've had some unplanned for expenses the last several months which has cut into my food budget. Instead of fresh fruits and vegetables I have been eating a lot of sandwiches and pasta. The bread and pasta has caught up with me and these past weeks I have put on noticeable weight. I can only hope that these unplanned expenditures come fewer and further between.
