rock on Sky! I needed this!! I wanted to save a chat once when people were giving me very helpful ideas but I didn't know how to make the save feature work and reading help thingies when I'm spacey (usually when I go to chat to help ground) is like reading jibberish. This step by step is exactly the kind of thing I need to understand certain things. This site still holds many mysteries for me.

I'm copying this post so I can do this in the future when I have things I need to save from chat that I either need to bring up in therapy or helpful tips to print out.
