My 17 yo son refuses to get professional help. He self diagnosed with ASHD and depression and did see a psychologist, but since then things have gotten worse and now he refuses any help (says he's not ready for it and also that talking to anyone makes him extremely anxious). So struggling to get him to actually talk to a professional.
