I am under a lot of stress right now. There is a possibility that is causing this symptom. I have a physical in July. I just had my lithium level checked about two months ago and it was fine then, but of course it could have changed since then. I've been hearing voices for awhile now, but I just realized yesterday what the noise was inside my head.
