Hi everyone,

I consulted with a Psychologist not too long ago. I was informed by the Psychologist that my 'memory loss' was mostly attributed to attention issues. In other words, I was mostly focused on my anxiety rather than being aware of the events that were occurring around me, which lead to difficulties in recall. With that being said, has anyone else had this experience before as well? How long did it take you to recover? I have experienced this 'absent-mindedness' for around 2 months, and I am finally coming out of it but I have noticed I do make some silly mistakes (they are mainly spelling errors that I would usually never make prior to this anxiety episode).

Thank you for your correspondence. I wish you all the best.
