I am in the middle, pretty stable.
I thought I was hypo because I was eating, drinking and using the internet so much. Pdoc said that I was not hypo that I was just dealing with addictions.
I had asked for a med increase...she said no.
So I lowered my abilify.
10mg seems fine.
