There's nothing over the counter. My endocrinologist prescribed cabergoline to lower mine. I've only been taking it for a week so obviously it's not working yet. But if you're not taking invega anymore it should naturally come down on its own now that the aggravating med isn't there. I know after I stopped risperdal years ago the prolactin problem resolved itself. However I hadn't gained weight that time so I don't know if you'll lose the weight once the prolactin comes down.
I'm hoping to lose the weight too but I'm having a hard time sticking to a diet.
