Sorry this is rotten too the core but it's how they operate. Your son's civil rights have been violated. I assume he has ongoing medical treatment for this and workers comp is covering all medical and lost wages. I don't think he can collect unemployment also though but now that he has been terminated then he should still file unemployment. I don't know what State you live in but there is a good chance that the unemployment by termination would be investigated by them.
