I have a brain injury with memory loss....and then too the not retaining....I am not sure there is a lot I can do for me.....I do agree with the other person who mentioned...B12...the sublingual....you need that for your brain function....also I drink a lot of coconut water...it has tremendous amounts of potassium....it is potassium that allows the brain pathways to spark in your brain.....If I am dull minded....or headachy...I can drink coconut water and feel an instant relief....not sure what...yet something moves in my head in ways that make me feel better.....from one moment to the next....
