I think it's naturally easier to get through mental health issues with the help of someone else, whether it's a romantic partner, family or friends. So it's understandable that the loss of a close relationship would affect you.
It's time to make use of other relationships you have, such as family or friends (including people here on PC). But keep in mind that we cannot rely on others to make us happy or accomplish things. That responsibility ultimately lies with us. Relationships are awesome but we cannot become dependent on them.
I find with anxiety and depression, if I have more stuff to do (an actual routine), then it is much better managed. What is a typical day like for you? Do you work, attend school or volunteer? Do you have any hobbies? I personally enjoy exercise and playing online games. Keeping busy can be very helpful.
