I am on disability and have had one job in 1993 that I eventually quit. I have tried volunteering but each time it doesn't last not due to me.

If you look at the daily routine you posted and ask yourself "Does that sound like a healthy routine?" What would you answer? How do you think it could become more healthy? Even adding in small activities can make a difference. Do you like art at all? I am terrible at art but I enjoy colouring books, and they can be quite relaxing. Bubble baths are another thing I really enjoy.
Have you thought about trying for a part-time job? I know 1993 is a long time since your last employment, but perhaps there are some employment programs for you in your area that could help you get back into the swing of things. That is how I found my current job. It was an employment program for people under 29 in my area. I completed 60 hours worth of workshops (and was paid for it like a real job) then matched with a job that suited my qualifications and interests. The job is going very well so far and it feels great to have a routine and job again. I imagine there are programs out there for people of all ages, so I encourage you to check out any services offered.
