When I first read this, it made no sense to me. The first sentence still doesn't.

But on the second, a lightbulb went off. Is it kind of a chicken or egg question? I definitely say the mood is already elevated, so less food is being eaten (for some people) on account of having "no time" what with having so many fantastic ideas that have to happen RIGHT NOW. But only eating a little would not cause the elevation. (I'm assuming we're talking BP elevation as in hypo/mania).

It'd be nice if it was something as simple as eating more or less, but it's definitely not. No cause and effect there. Eating healthy is always a good idea regardless.
