You should be proud of yourself. Hang on to that thought even though you feel otherwise. You're doing everything right - acknowledging your emotions, understanding why you feel that way, forgiving yourself, and venting as well. You're doing so well. It's going to be alright, because you're going to be stronger and smarter.
