Don't waste your time looking until you have established some sort of working history that establishes that you are stable and can support a long time working. They keep telling us that unemployment is low but everyone knows that is a lie. In the 1980s I had employers begging me to work for them when I was 16. I had my pick and they fought over me.

Now right from the ad they make it clear this will be a battle. They make you jump through hoops just to apply.

You don't have to get a job to establish a work history. You can volunteer or work at temp jobs.
