I would try Buspar before flipping into Benzo land , so many Pdoc's are worried about addiction to them anyway and long term " possible" brain issues like early dementia and shrinking brain as if AP's don't cause enough brain cells jumping ship.

I hope you can find ways to relieve the raging it has to be exhausting.
