Christina's idea is good. I do something similar. I think trying to keep myself busy helps me. Usually I have mania in the spring and summer. But lately I've been feeling low. I saw my pdoc last week. He raised my Zoloft to 50mg. For now I've been just trying to stay busy. I hope things get better for you soon.
