Super stressed about work. Have never handled a project from start to end. I have ZERO project management experience because I'm just IT tech support and administrative support to the project managers. Just got told to propose a complete overhaul of the integrated audio visual and video conferencing systems for an entire company...in order to secure the budget since a the equipment is End of Life without any service or support contracts.

Can't even mention it to Family since it'd just give my dad more proof that I'm stupid, useless, incapable, that I'll never amount to anything.

This is my bosses' way of throwing me into the deep end to see if I swim or drown.

I hope I can rise up to it, but I have my strong doubts.

Almost had a meltdown. Colleague noticed I looked absolutely panicked. I told him I have no experience and don't know anything. He said he can assist, because he has his PMP and has several years experience.
