Lost another kilogram (2.3 pounds I think). Been walking a lot and eating less, and off weight gaining meds. My goal is to lose about 3 more kilograms and tone up. Might join a gym if it is affordable. Too cold to swim in the ocean now so fast walking is all I can do, along with stretches and sit-ups at home. Just two more weeks of university and I will have more time to myself which will help me exercise more.
