I've fallen off the wagon the past 2 months. Stressed & my go to is eating especially at nite.
So in my head I've been eating a lot & I felt like I'd gained a LOT of weight. Not looking in the mirror or weighing myself.
Yday I felt a bit better & decided to hop on the deadly scale. I'd only gained 3.5 lbs.
I was surprised to say the least.
I know summer is much easier for me AFA eating. More healthy choices & bec I'll be working I'll be more active & will use the gym more as a time escape. I'm hoping to lose 10 more by August. If I could just stay emotionally stable!
