What I really liked was when he messed around with my clitoris. The clitoris is a very sensitive part of the woman and like many sources state, it may stimulate the sexual arousal and make the female orgasm. So I think fiddling around with that would be a good start.
From experience, being a female myself, the touching of the clitoris did stimulate a sharp feeling in me. Not a bad feeling but a very... well... arousing feeling. I will say that my ex flicking his tongue on my clit was my favorite part in oral sex.
