For me, it seems the Christmas colored, twinkling lights stir up excitement inside. I love twinkling lights. They make me feel good inside, all warm and giggly. I think the word actually is "happy" that I feel..

I just may have to put a small set of twinkling Christmas lights in my bedroom after the holidays. Maybe I can keep that inner nice feeling all year, instead of just around the Christmas holidays.

Also for me, Christmas is celebrating the birth of Christ. I am thinking that just maybe this is the main reason I feel "joy" around this time of year. It is not "just" the lights, etc.! It is the birth of our Saviour. Wow that is just soo awesome.... This is the "real" magic of Christmas..
