I was diagnosed with psychosis, but I was only under the doctors care for three days.
I suffer from frequent flashbacks. I can't go to certain places anymore. I can smell his cologne again...the list goes on.
I do "check out".
I hate it so much...having to see it all over again...and it never stops.
