SHed today, another ER visit... but feeling calmer now. Saw pdoc, and left there a mess... I was able to say some of the stuff I had wanted to say, but nothing really got done. Kinda "wait and see, come back in 2 weeks" mentality... my pain doc adjusted my gabapentin ER about 8 or 9 days ago, to help with anxiety... it's not helping yet... really hoping to sleep well tonight... I need it.
