I can relate to those things. A time where my brain and body didn'the feel like it was "me" and took control of me. It felt very scary at times. Now I still get those moments, but they are not continuous and when they start, they are not as controlling and don'the last as long. I'm not sure what has made the difference for me, but have been seeing a T, yoga, mindfulness and more recently meds, also got myself 2 dogs, who help a lot. Off the meds now and hoping I can stay stable and in control.
Have you spoken to any doctors or therapists about what'she going on for you?
