I think you know it is bad for your mental health to be stick in this situation. Even though you are stuck living in a stressful household, can you limit your interaction? Growing up, I walked, rode my bike and went horseback riding for hours at a time to get out of the house. Being out in nature was healing for me. If your situation has caused you to develop anxiety --- I have found that intense exercise always helped me release some of the anxiety that builds up. Can you avoid talking to this toxic person? For instance, when they are around can you stay in your room reading books or posting here on PC. Also, when someone disparages you, maybe vent it here. When I was depressed, I talked about my feelings here and got a lot of support. It might help you too. I am sorry you live in such a toxic situation.
