I assume it's because the interviewer didn't think I demonstrated their bogus "13 characteristics." They seem to only want to hire people that want (or say they want) to make Chipotle their career. They don't seem to have any tolerance for people like me who are dead broke and just need the money, regardless of whether or not I'm capable of doing the work. They don't like introverts either. Doesn't matter if you're pleasant and hard-working, you have to constantly exhibit ridiculously high energy and positivity. At least in the interviewing process I guess, because no one behind the counter is that extraordinarily chipper.
