Do you have a T or have you told any one about this? What starts out as psychosis can be mistaken for other things. Did this event you spoke of happen recently or a long time ago.
I do know about hyper vigilance. I haven't had a therapist. I have been terrified for a while. Both events happened at different times. On last year spanning 8 months and the other, six months ago.
*trigger warning**

They gave me really strong meds and I was hallucinating and as my doc said "going crazy" because of them. The second meds, I woke up in complete pain and unable to scream. I don't want to try again.
