Stress, anxiety and life are good reasons for dissociation. There can also be physical reasons too....tiredness, hormonal imbalance, medication, nutrional reasons....

Have you experienced trauma?

One can be experiencing dissociation....but the reasons why can be numerous. This is the question...why?
