I have been around for years, Was never a forum but .... just on here there was lots more talk about going med free or decreasing meds if possible.

I was med free for over a year... I only went back on meds due to some down right horrible stuff uncovered in T ... Im sure I will go back medfree at some point this year I like my liver, kidneys and brain cells lol

I do miss the days of ideas on coping ...Whether on or off meds
