Espurr--I am sorry I skimmed over this. So sorry this happened.
You will never know for sure why you miscarried so I hope you are not beating yourself up to much. You are doing what is best--aiming to live as healthy as possible in case you are ever pregnant again. If it happens, I am sure you will be a very good mother.....
