The other thing was being thrown across a cabin by another girl my age. Both of these incidences happened when I was 12 years old. I'm almost 33 now and I can't stand people touching or grabbing my back or my neck. I even get anxious when someone's behind me and I can't see what they're doing.
But yeah, I feel guilty for feeling the way I do. I know other people have had more traumatic experiences than I did, but I guess others feel the same way to.. Do any of you all feel that way sometimes?

Don't feel bad for how you feel that was very traumatic for you. Yes someone else may feel different but it how it made you feel that matters. I know I have questioned my traumas before and thought why is this such an issue with me? It's complicated, things with the brain, memories, mental and physical reactions, other unknown conditions contributing. It could be a lot of things. This is where MH professional should help you sort out things. Are you seeing a T=Therapist?
