Hi...I understand how you feel...I require alone time more than most because of mental illness..and I totally see how that screws things up.

And usually when someone says they want to be "alone" it DOES MEAN...single.

I of course would ask if she had any time to talk about how you feel. But, before you do that...I think I would have to look at my situation and see if I was ever going to change? Should I go see a medication person for my depression? If I am seeing one..do I need different medication.

Communication is the key to happiness...ad also the key to hell if you are unable to communicate.

If you love her ad she loves you...than the talk will go well and it will work out....if your not on the same page...or if your just not ready to address how mental health affects others...than you have to let her go. And work on your mind and learning a lesson if there is another lady in your life someday.
