Do work in Therapy to find out why your feeling this way.
I had a lot of same issues/problems.. Through Therapy I uncovered the reasons WHY .. Then I worked on changing how I relate to people and that being a doormat just isnt allowed in my life anymore.

Thanks, I hope to get to that place from therapy as well. I know my mom is a Narssassist (spelling?) and that is alot of why I am this way
