I want to start by saying that I have a really great T, he痴 super supportive, he knows when to push and when to back off, I wouldn稚 trade him for anything.
Having said that, lately there seems to be a tension on my side of things, and I realized that I知 doing a lot of changing, and I知 not sure what it is I知 looking for from my T at this point, other then the basic listening and helping me work through m various issues.
I think I知 looking for or needing something specific from him, but I知 not sure what it is. What do you look for from your therapists?
