Please don't make any abrupt changes in your medication without consulting first with your doctor. Daily Probiotics and fiber as well as increasing water intake helps with staying regular. I do not take any meds but I have to do this everyday just to stay regular. If you are concerned with your weight leafy greens are low in calories and high in fiber. You can find a diet that works for you. But please talk with your doctor about your meds
