Hello afeleppelle: Well... I don't really know how you fix anger. I am also a very angry person.

And, like you, I can list a dozen reasons why I could be. (Actually, a lot of my anger is directed at myself.) Of course there are med's one can take to reduce anxiety. And therapy may sometimes help. Meditation & exercise may be beneficial. I practice both of these. Unfortunately what I find in my own case is that when the poop hits the propeller

I just simply lose it. And I don't know how to fix that. (I wish I did.)
California therapist, Kati Morton, has a video on her YouTube channel regarding anger management. I've watched it. And I'd have to say it's not one of her better efforts. But, then, anger management is a complicated subject. Under any circumstances, perhaps watching Kati's video may be of some help. She may have other videos on this subject as well that I haven't seen:
