Thank you everyone for your help,I have been having only one half a meal everyday because I was worried about the const.(im already thin.) for months so I agree it probably made it worse.I wanted to go the hospital because I'm not coping well,terrified to take lax,thinking things are going to spiral,seeing signs in everything and not thinking clearly so am not managing it all.I didn't know they could change med.
