1) If you were a judge, and some attorney tried to dismiss a witness's credulity based on a medical file unrelated to the event (dog attack), what would you do?
2) If you were a judge, what would you require to establish what had happened to the "victim"?
3) If you were a judge, what would you do to a corporate mentality which kept hourly employees wages below poverty line based on the rationale it would be difficult or unlikely those employees could retain an attorney?
Violators, mocking the law all the way! Yeah, well....what if we don't choose to be manipulated into a violent revolution? Maybe not all attorneys lack ethics.
