You're not alone

Lots of people here experience similar things, so post away if it's helpful.
I can understand not wanting to take more meds when they're not helpful and have bad side effects. I prefer to manage med-free, but it requires a lot of coping skills. How do you feel yours are at the moment? If you feel they could do with a bit of work, a therapist could help, or you could post here and we could offer some suggestions of what helps us?
