I'm not really sure why this is happening, but before bed, I have some kind of fear that I am not going to wake up. One of my night medications are Seroquel, which I've been on for a long time, but the dose is sometimes changed. I am on 400 mg now.

There was a time I was on less, and there was a time where I was on more. Something makes me wonder if this medication is giving me this reaction. Or it could be a recent scare where a certain medication I was on temporarily interacted with it, where it made me very dizzy an scared. I am no longer on that medication though, so I don't know why I feel scared.

It is very frustrating, because I want to be able to go to bed and not feel worried of my heart stopping or something. I do know reading side effects of meds often scares me, so my knowledge of the possibilities does not help my paranoia. Has anyone ever been through something similar? Or...if not...any advice would be helpful. I hate this.
